1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PraxisServe's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
PraxisServe provides professional server management, DevOps consulting, cloud infrastructure setup, and technical support services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Server setup and configuration
- WordPress migration and management
- Docker containerization
- SSL certificate installation
- Security hardening and monitoring
- Cloud infrastructure deployment
- Monthly maintenance packages
3. User Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Provide necessary access to servers and systems for service delivery
- Make timely payments for services rendered
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain regular backups of your data
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- One-time services: Payment due before or upon completion
- Monthly packages: Payment due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Custom projects: Payment terms as agreed in the project proposal
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
5. Service Level Agreement
We strive to provide reliable and timely services:
- Response time: Within 24 hours for standard requests
- Emergency support: Available for premium package clients
- Scheduled maintenance: Clients will be notified in advance
- Service availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime for managed services
6. Limitation of Liability
PraxisServe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Data Backup and Security
While we implement industry-standard security measures, clients are responsible for maintaining their own data backups. PraxisServe is not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure, security breaches, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose any sensitive data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
9. Service Termination
Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:
- 30 days written notice for monthly packages
- Immediate termination for breach of terms
- Non-payment of services
- Mutual agreement
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. One-time service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly package refunds are prorated based on unused service time.
11. Modifications to Terms
PraxisServe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
